Client Responsibilities and Acknowledgement

The Client is responsible for

1. Providing materials and written approvals or instructions as per the Design Contract;
2. Coordinating any decision-making with parties other than the Designer;
3. Supplying the builder’s working drawings and schedule of works suitable for use by the Designer;
4. Providing any required third-party information for the Designer to perform the services.

The Client acknowledges:

1.  Its responsibility to perform all obligations under the Design Contract in a timely manner to enable the Designer to deliver services effectively;
2. Any delays or variations caused by the Client may affect the project timeline, but such delays will not be considered a breach of the Designer’s obligations.

Service Charge & Fees

• A service charge will be added to the total cost of the project.

• Any hours worked outside the standard time frame of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM will incur a fee.

• All prices quoted include VAT.

• Design rates will be provided via email.
